One page,
done properly.
For a new business, a product or a campaign — or a small business that just needs to look established. One well-made page, built to the same standard as everything else here, and live in two weeks.
£3,500two weeks · fixed price
Who it’s for
A smaller start, not a smaller standard.
- You’re launching something — a business, a product, a season — and need to look established from the first day.
- One page can say it: what you do, why you, and how to get in touch.
- Your brand already exists, even if it’s a logo and a colour.
- You’d rather have one excellent page now than five average ones.
Need case studies, several pages, a CMS or a shop? The Site is built for that — the same person, at a bigger scale.
What’s in it
Everything a page needs,
and nothing it doesn’t.
A call to decide what it has to do
Who it’s for, what it has to say, and what you want people to do next — agreed and written down before anything is designed.
Up to six sections
Designed in your existing brand, for computer and phone, with the same care as a full site.
Built properly
On a modern stack chosen for the project: fast, accessible, and ready for search from the first day.
The essentials
A contact form that reaches you, a privacy page, simple privacy-friendly analytics, and a page that looks right when it’s shared.
Two rounds of revisions
One on the design, one on the built page. Enough to get it right, without it becoming a different project.
Launch
Your domain connected, everything checked on real devices, and a short handover.
Not in it, on purpose
- More than one page
- A content management system
- A shop, or bookings beyond an embed
- A brand guide — £1,200 on its own, where the brand needs defining
- Writing the words from scratch
Need any of these? That’s The Site — or, for a single addition, a price agreed before the work starts.
How it goes
Two weeks,
from the call to live.
What the page has to do, agreed and written down. Your words and pictures arrive by the end of the week.
The page designed for computer and phone, and the first round of revisions.
Built and tested on real devices, and the second round of revisions.
Your domain connected, the page live, and handed over.
The one thing that moves the date is content arriving late — and then the date moves, not the standard.
Questions
The things
people actually ask.
Why only one page?
Because one page, done properly, is a fixed job — which is what keeps it at £3,500 and two weeks. The moment it needs several pages, a CMS or a shop, it’s a different job, and The Site is built for it.
Can it grow into a full site later?
Yes. It’s built on the same foundations as The Site, so growing it is an addition, not a rebuild. That’s priced as The Site when you’re ready.
Do I need a brand guide?
No. The Launch works in your existing brand, even if that’s a logo and a colour. If the brand needs defining for the web first, the brand guide is £1,200 on its own.
Who writes the words?
You do — you know the business best. I’ll shape them for the page: the order, the length, the headings. If you’d rather not write at all, say so on the call and we’ll work out what fits.
How is it paid?
Half on booking, half at launch. Fixed price for the scope above; anything beyond it is agreed and priced before it moves.
What happens after launch?
It’s yours, and it runs without me. Changes later are priced as they come, and agreed before anything moves.
One page,
in two weeks.
A relaxed 30-minute call to decide whether one page will do it. If it won’t, I’ll say so — and what will.
