What the site collects,
and why.

UXImpact is the trading name of Sam Lashenko, a sole trader in Bath. I’m responsible for what this site collects, and you can reach me about it at hello@uximpact.design.

What you send me

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, your company or project if you give it, a rough budget if you choose one, and your message. The form is delivered by Formspree, which passes it to my inbox. I use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project — nothing else.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is Calendly’s. When you book, Calendly collects your name, your email and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy, and sends them to me so I can hold the call. The calendar may set its own cookies while you use it.

Analytics

The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. It tells me which pages are read, not who read them.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If you switch between light and dark, your browser remembers the choice on your device.

How long it’s kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as they’re useful for replying and following up. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
